Studio Newborn photography
I specialize in capturing the innocence of newborns with a focus on natural, relaxed poses that exude comfort. During my lifestyle sessions, I prioritize using techniques that are completely natural and ensure the safety of the baby at all times. These sessions are best done in my studio, located in Redmond Oregon, where I am able to keep the room at the correct temperature, cleanliness, and so much more. These lifestyle/natural posed sessions are best to be done between 5 days and 21 days old.
LIFESTYLE NEWBORN FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
My approach focuses on natural interactions and emotions. I give subtle prompts and tips to bring your family into natural, close moments together and document the bond between you and your newborn. These sessions are mainly in your home, where most of your best memories will be made. There is an option (during warmer seasons) for outdoor sessions as well. This session can be done anytime between one week after baby arrives, up to 2 months.
Posed Vs. Lifestyle Newborn Photography
Posed newborn photography typically involves carefully arranging and posing the baby in various positions, using props and backdrops to create artistic and stylized images. The focus is on capturing the baby's features with an emphasis on achieving aesthetic perfection.
Lifestyle newborn photography aims to capture more natural and candid moments. Typically this is done in the family home environment. These photos also include photos with their family members and showcase the everyday moments and interactions that occur during the newborn stage. The emphasis is more so on storytelling and documentary rather than posed perfection.

Contract and Payment
We will chat however your preferred way of talking is, whether it is email, facebook messenger, or on the phone. Once we confirm the date, time, and details I'll send you over a contract and you'll pay a non refundable retainer to finish booking.

Planning and Session
You will get a questionnaire within a week of your photoshoot with questions that will help me give you the best photoshoot possible and capture the moments that mean the most to you. I am also available any time to help choose outfits and give tips for your upcoming photoshoot

Within two weeks after the session you’ll receive an online gallery with all your photos and the possibility to order premium prints.
